High Sort Postage

WE SORT, YOU SAVE

Certain mailing items fail to meet the machine specifications set and these are called High Sort e.g. polythene wrapped or you choose to not use an OCR font – for instance you wish to use a type font that looks like hand writing because it increases responses. You can still save on postage charges but less so than with Low Sort.

Rules set by Royal Mail and Downstream Access suppliers such as One Post, Whistl, Secured and UK Mail change and it is our role to assist you by keeping up to date with these changes and advising on how to keep costs down.

By ensuring compliance with Royal Mail’s High Sort sorting standards (90% address machine-readable accuracy), and using a combination of High Sort and other available discounts that flow from it, First Move might be able to reduce price of your mailing down to as low as 20p per letter.

Contact us on 01494 539300 or fill in our online contact form to see how we can help you save money on your mailings.
