If you are not totally delighted you will be sent a blank invoice for you to enter the amount you think is reasonable.

Our approach
- Our aim is to exceed your expectations and to totally delight you with the quality of the service you receive.
- We will agree a budget and a time and sequence plan with you in advance.
- The progress of your campaign will be carefully monitored and you will be confirmed in writing of any changes to costs and/or timescales.
- You are guaranteed your mailing will have undergone a minimum of 15 checks before it is despatched.
Adding value
- We will review campaigns before completion to ensure quality and value for money of your project.
- You will be contacted regularly and we will actively seek out new ideas for you and your business.
Communication
- Our communication will be free from jargon at all times.
- You will always be able to get through to us by telephone. We will never be engaged.
- We guarantee to respond to your request for a quotation within 8 working hours.
- Your enquiries will be treated courteously and confidentially by every member of the First Move team.
- You will be assigned an Account Manager and will have direct access to them at all times. In their absence we will always seek to answer your query rather than just take a message.
Quality assurance
- Your feedback is important. We will send you a questionnaire after your first job and then periodically throughout the year to ensure we are serving you well.
