Live call handling
We have a 20 seat ISDN Index technology call centre. There are of course much larger call centres - that's clearly not our market. You receive a quality, professional service to customers if you are looking to handle up to 2,000 calls a week (and usually far less). We cover your projects that might get lost in a larger call centre. We receive your enquiries, take orders, process cash and credit card payments, handle stock control and of course despatch the goods or information needed.
Your calls will be monitored which allows us to respond with short lead times, focussed training and per second billing.
Automated voice management
IVR telephone systems provide clear cost benefits over live call handling but your customers must still receive service which reflects your own company service criteria.
Our current clients range from 20 calls a day where enquiries are being generated through press response advertising through to DRTV campaigns where responses peak within a few seconds of the telephone number appearing on the TV.

Fulfilment - your calls will be posted to a web site where they are available for instant transcription and download. Fulfilment is on a daily basis through the production of personalised responses - exactly to your specification. And if responses are over 1,000 a day and the items can be mail sorted, you will receive the maximum postal discounts every day.
