Live call handling
We have a small ISDN call centre designed to provide a professional service to customers who have projects that might get ‘lost’ in a larger call centre. We receive your enquiries, take orders, process cash and credit card payments, handle stock control, and—of course—despatch the goods or information requested.
Your calls will be monitored, which allows us to respond with short lead times, focused training and per second billing.
Automated call handling
The caller listens to your message then leaves a either a free text message or segmented with answers to individual questions; or their call can be forwarded dependent upon their needs to any number—internal or external—worldwide.
We can transcribe any data and supply it to you in formats which are agreed within defined service standards and we can include the dispatch of literature or products requested.
Clients range from low call volumes resulting from press advertising to DRTV campaigns, where reponses peak within a few seconds of the telephone number appearing on the TV. Also our system can also act as an overflow when you experience high volumes of calls.
