Our small call centre is designed to take care of those projects that might get lost in a larger environment. We handle your enquiries, take orders, process cash and credit card payments, control stock and of course despatch the goods or information needed.

Automated Voice Response available - up to 100 lines if you want to venture into DRTV or simply you can receive calls with a lower cost solution than answering in person.

Web

We can provide back-end services by downloading your orders etc, updating the work undertaken—despatch dates, carrier information etc. so that your system is in control of every element of your work.

Fulfilment case study

Full system—we receive on-pack offers, verify the number of coupons, enter details into client database, produce a personalised letter, pick list and dispatch label, update stock system, pack and despatch and enter dispatch information against the customer record in case of a delivery query.

Part system—we download orders twice a day from a client FTP web site, print dispatch notes/invoices, pick the products and despatch. Orders taken before 2pm in our clients call centre are in the mail on the same day.
