Mailing services
Mailing services is one of the central elements of our integrated approach to your work.
Machine enclosing
Providing fast and efficient turnarounds for standard and personalised mailings with up to 8 items. Envelope sizes from DL to C4 can be accommodated on our inserters which range from 8 station C4 Buhrs BB300s through to 2 and 6 station Phillipsburgs. PLUS we have camera matching for up to 3 items.
Personalised hand enclosing
As you strive to attract attention in a competitive marketplace, mailing pieces can become more unusual. It is not always possible to machine enclose such jobs and the skilled handling of them on a manual basis becomes essential.
Polythene mailing (polywrapping)
Your mailing will be run on our Ritmica Sh20 polythene wrapping machine with in-line Domino inkjet addressing. The Sh20 will run any size between A3 and A6 at average speeds of 5,000 items per hour. Our machine has 5 rotary feeders, a book feeder and a rotary windmill. This configuration allows you to nest items into a brochure if required and any pack thickness between 1mm and 30mm. You may rest assured that this highly capable machine and its team will produce your mailing to the highest quality and is cost effective for runs from 5,000 to 250,000.
Machine collation
For large volumes and fast collation of up to sixteen separate printed items.
Save money on postage
You save money by despatching your mail sorted and bagged for direct delivery to local post offices throughout the country using Down Stream Access suppliers. If your mailing has an international element we can use our consolidation services to direct inject your mail straight to its destination country and again save money.
