Machine enclosing

Providing fast and efficient turnarounds for standard and personalised mailings with up to 8 items. Envelope sizes from DL to C4 can be accommodated on our inserters which range from an 8 station C4 Buhrs BB300 through to 2 and 6 station Phillipsburgs.

Machine matched enclosing

We’ve fitted the latest Lake camera matching system to our Buhrs BB300. Using OCR it can match 3 items into a window envelope or 2 items into a pre-addressed envelope. Sizes—from A6 to A4.

Personalised hand enclosing

As your agency strives to attract attention in a competitive marketplace, mailing pieces are becoming ever more 'unusual'. Often it is not possible to machine enclose such jobs and the skilled handling of them on a manual basis becomes essential.

Polythene mailing (polywrapping)

Your mailing will be run on our Ritmica SH30 polythene wrapping machine. The SH30 will run on any size between A3 and A6 at average speeds of 5,000 items per hour. Our machine has 4 rotary feeders, a book feeder and a rotary windmill. This configuration allows you to run up to 5 items with them being nested into brochure if required and any pack thickness between 1 mm and 30 mm. You may rest assured that this highly capable machine and its team will produce your mailing to the highest quality and cost effective for runs from 10,000 to 500,000.

Machine collation

For large volumes and fast collation of up to sixteen separate printed items.

Save money on UK and International postage

You save money wherever possible by despatching your mail sorted and bagged for direct delivery to local post offices throughout the country. If your mailing has an International element we can use our 'consolidation' services to direct inject your mail straight to its destination country and again save money. Mailing Services Case Study

First Move's direct mailing work ranges from receiving a 1,000 letters a day every lunch-time which have to be folded, inserted and mailed out by 5pm each day.
