First Move has deliberately set out to ensure that it has a range of equipment and processes to fit almost every specification from 500 to 500,000 and more.
Machine enclosing
Direct mail. We have 8 inserting lines to ensure you receive fast efficient turnarounds for mailings. First Move can enclose any size of machineable envelopes at speeds ranging from 3 – 8,000 per hour. We can insert books, z fold and landscape folded brochures and up to 8 items into an envelope. And we can camera match up-to 3 personalised items into the same envelope.
Transactional mailing. We can accumulate variable numbers of pages - up to 8 and endorse fold them before inserting by using in-line page feeding and camera scanning of the documents. Daily invoicing runs are scheduled under ‘service level agreements’
Hand enclosing
As you strive to attract attention in a competitive marketplace, mailing pieces can become more unusual. It is not always possible to machine enclose such jobs and the skilled handling of them on a manual basis becomes essential. We’ve enclosed food sachets, put messages into bottles and the boxed them and sent out all manner of items especially at Christmas. There is nothing we cannot mail – challenge us!
Polythene mailing (polywrapping)
Your mailing will be run on our Ritmica polythene wrapping machine using either in-line inkjet addressing or address carriers and any size between A3 and A6 up to 6 inserts at speeds up to 5,000 per hour. We can nest items into a brochure if required and wrap any pack thickness up to 30mm. You may rest assured that this highly capable machine and its team will produce your mailing to the highest quality and is cost effective for runs from 3,000 to 250,000.
Save money on postage
You save money by despatching your mail sorted and bagged for direct delivery to local post offices throughout the country using Down Stream Access suppliers. If your mailing has an international element we can use our consolidation services to direct inject your mail straight to its destination country and again save money.
