Your data may come in many forms - warranty
registrations, competition entries, sound files from
a telephone system, orders, enquiries, questionnaires
etc. but it must all combine to create an integrated intelligent data source.
Some of the process can be automated and where possible this will be more accurate and economic. This can be achieved by importing digitally stored responses from our telephone system, data extracted from bar codes through scanning, plus information received by e-mail and over the Internet from your web enquiries.
Data capture is often a manual process requiring care and attention. We use postal address file verification (PAF) through the use of the postcode to ensure accurate addressing as each entry is keyed. Also, we check digit verify credit card numbers and for your important items we can double key. We can listen to voice files or key direct from hard copy and of course record data whilst we speak direct to your customers if you are using our call centre services.

We regularly data capture over 50,000 warranties per month. Also, we transcribed over 150,000 telephone credit card donations taken for a major charity in 6 weeks; thousands of enquiries for a major holiday company and followed that with 10,000 competitors to a golf competition.
