The DMA and its members are committed to promoting the self-regulation of direct mail marketing. It is a condition of membership that members adhere to the DMA Code of Practice.
The Code of Practice sets standards of ethical conduct and best practice and is administered and monitored by the independent Direct Marketing Authority.

First Move direct marketing is accredited under DataSeal- a recognised standard for information security management systems as established by the Direct Marketing Association and audited by BSI.
