Quality Policy Statement
This statement for the Quality Management System includes data receipt, storage and manipulation, direct mail production, fulfilment, response and data capture.
It is the policy of First Move Direct Marketing to provide goods and services on time and in accordance with stated customer requirements.
The Quality Policy will provide a framework for establishing and reviewing Quality Objectives. Senior management commit to comlying with the requirements and continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
All actions taken by employees of the company are designed to ensure that each and every customer is totally satisfied and their experiences enhanced. The achievement of high quality and consistency calls for a systematic and disciplined approach by all employees, in all activities.
It is part of the company’s training programme that this policy is understood, implemented, and maintained at all levels in the organisation to ensure continual improvement.
It is also the policy of the company to regularly contact its customers and seek their comments as to the service supplied. The company seeks to gain true and effective feedback to ensure maintenance of quality is monitored at the point of delivery by customers as well as by trade bodies and internally.
First Move is also a member of the Direct Marketing Association and as such is wholly commited to the use of Best Practise as laid out by the DMA in all areas of its activities. The company has appointed the Managing Director as Compliance Officer to ensure that work undertaken complies in all respects.
