Direct Mail Marketing Services - Quality Policy Statement

This policy statement for the Quality Management System includes data receipt and manipulation, direct mail production, fulfilment, response and data capture.

It is the policy of First Move marketing services to provide goods and services on time and in accordance with stated customer requirements.

The Quality Policy will provide a framework for establishing and reviewing Quality Objectives. Top management commit to complying with the requirements and continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

The company is part of the Quality Management Programme, which is regulated on a day-to-day basis by The British Accreditation Bureau, which sets Quality Standards for Mail Production. First Move is QMP Accredited under code no. QMP 1127

First Move marketing services is also a member of the Direct Marketing Association and as such is wholly committed to the use of Best Practises as laid down by the DMA in all areas of its activities. The company has appointed the Managing Director as Compliance Officer to ensure that work undertaken complies in all respects.

All actions taken by employees of the company are designed to ensure that each and every Customer is satisfied and their experiences are enhanced. The achievement of high quality and consistency calls for a systematic and disciplined approach by all employees, in all activities associated with the customers order.

It is part of the company’s training programme that this policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels in the organisation to ensure continual improvement.

It is also the policy of the company to regularly contact its customers and seek their comments as to the service supplied. The company seeks to gain true and effective feedback to ensure the Maintenance of Quality is monitored at the point of delivery by customers as well as by trade bodies and internally.
